By installing and utilizing the AI Track Lock Google Workspace Add-on, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

Description of Service 

AI Track Lock provides a specialized Google Drive Add-on that allows users to apply cryptographic fingerprinting and verification tracking to their media assets.

Annual Premium Subscription and Fees

Pricing: Access to the asset-locking engine requires an active subscription to the Annual Premium Tier, billed at $99.00 USD per year.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions are billed upfront for a full 365-day cycle and will automatically renew at the end of each annual term unless canceled by the user prior to the renewal date.

Strict No-Refund and Cancellation Policy 

To maintain database integrity and prevent data overhead, AI Track Lock enforces a strict non-refundable billing structure:

No Refunds: All sales are final. No full, partial, or prorated refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription year under any circumstances.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future automatic renewals. Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain fully active until the conclusion of your current paid 1-year cycle.
